AristaCare at Alameda Center is a privately owned, two hundred and fifty bed, sub acute rehabilitation and nursing care facility. We are located in downtown Perth Amboy, NJ. Formerly known as the Perth Amboy Nursing Home, AristaCare at Alameda Center acquired new management in 2005, and has undergone extensive renovations that have enhanced our ability to serve our patients and their families as well as keep our resources state-of-the-art. We are proud to offer the incorporation of exceptional high level care together with a beautiful home-inspired setting. We take pride in our 30 year reputation as a leader in rehabilitation and sub cute care, and are looking forward to setting new standards in rehabilitation excellence.

AristaCare at Alameda Center is addressing the needs of the community by offering specialty clinical programs such as peritoneal dialysis and cardiac telemetry monitored rehab, and the diverse multi-cultural needs by offering a special program for both Indian and Hispanic patients.
